Use this form to specify the different activities you and your fellow group members performed in putting together your story package for the assignment you've just completed.  Under "This Assignment," please fill in the name of the assignment you were given (i.e. Campus Quirk, Trend, Controversy, etc.).  Under "Activities you performed" and "Activities he/she performed," please be as specific and honest as possible.  Activities should include things like interviewing, shooting stills or video, doing research, designing the Web page, or any other function involved in putting the story package together.
